Implementation Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client onboarding process, creating and managing comprehensive project timelines to facilitate a seamless and transparent implementation experience.

• Provide clear, proactive, and client-centric communication throughout all phases, coordinating with Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams to ensure deliverables, dependencies, and milestones are consistently aligned.

• Guide and support Implementation Consultants through regular check-ins, project evaluations, and immediate assistance on client-related matters.

• Act as the primary escalation point for intricate client challenges, assisting Implementation Consultants in navigating tough discussions and resolving stalled projects.

• Track project health across the team, proactively identifying potential risks, resource conflicts, and capacity challenges before they escalate into issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or related project management roles (additional preference for experience with public sector clients).

• Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading colleagues—formal titles are not necessary, but you should demonstrate your ability to uplift others.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—capable of simplifying complex concepts.

• Proficient in working with data in Excel, with a strong willingness to utilize AI tools in daily tasks.

• Ability to switch contexts effectively between personal client delivery and team support without compromising on either front.
