This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Install, configure, and provide training to our customers, delivering top-notch service to facilitate a seamless business transition.
• Beyond implementation projects, you will be available for customer support via designated channels, striving to uphold service level agreements.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, fostering understanding and motivation through integrity and trust.
• Consult with clients to evaluate their current workflows and identify their needs.
• Aid clients in setting and achieving milestones while continuously monitoring project budgeted hours.
• Discuss requirements and clarify functionality for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and fulfill customer needs, driving the success of their business and our partnership during the onboarding process.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our internal applications, processes, customer products, and customer-facing websites.
• A college or university degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• A passion for technology, along with technical knowledge—share your experiences with us.
• A strong desire to assist others.
• Proficient at problem-solving and derive enjoyment from it!
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management capabilities.
• Experience in the club industry is considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with Jonas Club Management Software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• AI may be utilized during the hiring process.
