• Facilitate effective onboarding and implementation results for 8–12 active client projects at once.
• Ensure clients stay aligned with timelines, milestones, and implementation deliverables.
• Enhance operational efficiency by keeping documentation and implementation workflows organized.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of onboarding and implementation methodologies.
• Strengthen collaboration between implementation, product, solutions, and client success teams.
• Client Implementation Management – 50%: Act as the primary contact for clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead kickoff meetings, milestone reviews, and regular implementation status meetings.
• Oversee 8–12 concurrent implementation projects with varying client sizes and complexities.
• Hold clients accountable for implementation timelines and escalate any blockers proactively as needed.
• Maintain progress across all active projects to ensure timely completion.
• Project Administration & Documentation – 20%: Keep accurate project documentation, implementation milestones, and status updates within project management systems.
• Configure platform-related documentation and templates using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Accurately replicate client-specific report formats with strong attention to detail.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and project progress across various implementations.
• Ensure internal visibility into project health and customer status updates.
• Internal Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination – 20%: Collaborate with Solutions teams on data migration and platform configuration requests.
• Coordinate with Product teams to communicate customer feedback and feature requests.
• Work closely with training and go-to-market teams to assist in onboarding and enablement sessions.
• Seamlessly transition completed implementations to the Client Success team after go-live.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance implementation quality and operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement & Self-Development – 10%: Complete a structured onboarding program and actively participate in internal training initiatives.
• Engage in company-wide meetings and educational sessions.
• Provide ideas and feedback to refine implementation processes and documentation.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and implementation best practices.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer onboarding.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing implementation projects from start to finish.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate directly and professionally with clients while fostering positive relationships.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately replicate client requirements and documentation.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently learn complex systems.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or client-facing environments.
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred): Background in SaaS, PropTech, real estate, or professional services industries.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools like HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or Baton.
• Exposure to data migration, implementation configuration, or solution delivery workflows.
• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise client implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
