Implementation Specialist – Mid/Senior, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Configure and establish client accounts to ensure a seamless initiation of their Tidio experience.

• Tailor and implement solutions based on the unique business requirements of each client.

• Engage in discussions and design customized solutions with clients and potential clients during video conferences, offering expert advice and technical knowledge.

• Provide continuous support for implemented solutions, assisting clients in optimizing and adapting them as their needs change.

• Integrate Tidio with various external systems (such as CRMs and e-commerce platforms) utilizing APIs and JSON data formats.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams as necessary.

• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion—planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate across functions with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with client objectives.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline and scale the implementation workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services, preferably within a SaaS setting.

• Be fluent in English (C1 level) and have the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences.

• Have experience interacting directly with clients through written communication and video meetings.

• Understand APIs and JSON structures and be capable of analyzing or testing requests.

• Have a solid understanding of Customer Experience platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

• Be able to assess technical requirements and devise solutions that address genuine client needs.

• Have experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to bridge integration or feature gaps.

• Proactively tackle challenges, contribute innovative solutions, and consistently achieve results.

• Possess basic coding skills, such as JavaScript or Python (a plus).
