Implementation Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Aid in the implementation of Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s)

• Engage in delivery projects by scripting and configuring products to fulfill client needs

• Create and set up web services on the ServiceNow-based EAM platform

• Customize and configure Nuvolo Connected Workplace products

• Conduct development, configuration, and analysis within ServiceNow

• Integrate the EAM platform with external tools

• Evaluate client product utilization and workflows to uncover opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and value enhancement

• Execute personal and peer testing, validation, and code reviews

• Ensure that deliverables conform to platform best practices and industry standards

• Collaborate with clients and work across various teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with ServiceNow

• Strong skills in JavaScript or GlideScript

• Understanding of fundamental database concepts

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AJAX

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
