This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate webinar training sessions attended by various customer stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for your customers for a duration of 60-90 days.
• Oversee the entire implementation project to ensure timely delivery.
• Offer consultancy to both new and existing clients on best practices for utilizing our software.
• Respond swiftly to incoming phone calls and emails.
• Identify and elevate priority issues as necessary.
• Manage 15-20 customer projects concurrently.
• Become a product expert within the organization.
• Serve as a solutions provider!
• An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare technology, with a strong emphasis on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), ideally in onboarding, implementation, client success, or practice operations that support medical billing workflows and EHR/PM platforms.
• Experience in roles related to customer implementation, customer success, account management, solutions engineering, consulting, or sales.
• Strong customer service skills: able to patiently guide others through their first-time experiences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding time management skills.
