This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iceland.
• Deliver services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Implementation Specialist (IS)) within the Energy, Resources, and Industrials Industry Sector, concentrating on Management and Operations Solutions for clients like the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program.
• A professional or contractor tasked with coordinating and overseeing the execution of energy projects, guaranteeing their completion on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Offers on-site supervision and technical assistance during the installation phase.
• At least 3 years of experience in project implementation is required, with a preference for 7 years of relevant experience.
• A technical degree or certification in project management, engineering, or a related field is necessary. Recommended (not mandatory, but may enhance scoring): PMP or a similar project management certification.
• Proficiency in construction management and quality control is essential.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ESPC project requirements and processes is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe) is required.
