Implementation Specialist – CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client training sessions in preparation for Go-Live events, adhering to Nextech CRM’s standard implementation methodology.

• Perform practice assessments and workflow evaluations in accordance with industry best practices.

• Educate both clinical and non-clinical personnel on the effective use of software applications.

• Provide training to staff in both individual and group formats, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to enhance effectiveness.

• Carry out administrative duties to keep customers, Project Managers, and Department Managers informed about implementation progress.

• Investigate and address client issues that arise during the implementation and go-live phases.

• Recognize opportunities for workflow enhancements and optimizations following go-live.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with client requirements.

• Communicate proficiently with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Perform additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT sector, specifically in CRM software implementation.

• At least 1 year of experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) software.

• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships & influence behavior.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
