Implementation Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Onboarding new clients for our SMB segment on our suite of email products

• Providing assistance to clients via email and Zoom regarding technical setup and inquiries

• Supporting clients throughout the implementation phase

• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Prior experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer support

• Innate ability to connect with clients and understand their needs and challenges

• Outstanding communication skills

• Familiarity with email routing and DNS management
