Implementation Specialist, Consent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical resource for DataGrail Consent implementations.

• Assist customers with the implementation of consent in mobile applications.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to develop structured troubleshooting guides.

• Analyze recurring implementation challenges and create scalable solutions.

• Update and enhance technical documentation for the deployment of Consent banners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in deploying and troubleshooting web development projects.

• Proficiency in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or another enterprise-level tag management system.

• Knowledge of consent management platforms.

• Experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin and Java) applications.

• Customer-facing experience in a SaaS or agency context.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in uncertain environments.
