This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and implement client onboarding processes with efficiency, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage comprehensive onboarding for new clients, properties/acquisitions, as well as portfolio and package modifications.
• Conduct thorough manual implementation tasks such as data setup, uploads, and configuration.
• Adhere to a process-driven approach without cutting corners.
• Utilize Asana to oversee tasks, workflows, and deadlines effectively.
• Ensure clear status tracking to highlight any potential blockers.
• Provide support to Client Success with operational tasks during periods of lower onboarding volume.
• Over 3 years of experience in: Implementation
• Client onboarding
• Project coordination / operations (hands-on execution roles)
• Proficient experience with Asana (task management, workflows).
• Highly detail-oriented and focused on processes.
• Comfortable with repetitive, technical, and execution-intensive tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Self-assured in asking questions and seeking clarity (not a “yes-to-everything” type).
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience with HubSpot (user-level or admin-level).
• Background in SaaS, PropTech, or the multifamily industry.
• Experience supporting client-facing teams.
