Implementation Specialist, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Supervise the implementation of Keeper’s software for all clients, which includes the initial setup for new customers and the scaling of existing customers. This requires an expert understanding of our intricate range of technical SaaS products.

• Customize our solutions to align with the unique needs and goals of each customer, ensuring a tailored and effective experience.

• Provide ongoing technical support to customers, skillfully troubleshooting problems and promptly resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, proactively identify and address project-related risks and challenges, escalating them to engineering only when necessary.

• Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Keep detailed records of customer configurations, customizations, and communications to ensure a thorough understanding of each implementation.

• Collect feedback from customers and collaborate with the product development team to enhance the functionality and usability of our offerings.

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within the defined scope.

• Maintain clear and open communication regarding project status and progress with both internal stakeholders and customers, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.

• Must possess fluency in both Spanish and English, in verbal and written forms.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office tools.

• Experience in SaaS deployment, preferably with security software.

• Expertise in managing external customer engagements.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively nurture customer relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, across various global regions and time zones.
