This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish and configure client accounts to ensure a seamless initiation of their Tidio experience.
• Tailor and implement solutions according to the unique requirements of each client’s business.
• Engage in discussions and design personalized solutions with clients and potential clients during video calls, offering expert advice and technical insights.
• Provide continuous support for implemented solutions, assisting clients in optimizing and adapting them as their needs change.
• Integrate Tidio with external systems (such as CRMs and e-commerce platforms) utilizing APIs and JSON data structures.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams as necessary.
• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion—planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate across departments with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with client objectives.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline and scale the implementation workflow.
• Possess a background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services, preferably in a SaaS setting.
• Be fluent in English (C1 level) and able to articulate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
• Have experience in direct client interactions through written communication and video calls.
• Understand APIs and JSON structures and be capable of analyzing or testing requests.
• Have a strong understanding of CX platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Be able to assess technical requirements and design solutions that address real client needs.
• Have a history of collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to address integration or feature gaps.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, bringing innovative ideas and consistently achieving results.
• Basic coding experience, such as JavaScript or Python, would be advantageous.
