Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate implementations and strategic initiatives.

• Act as the primary senior contact for large-scale projects and strategic accounts.

• Manage several high-complexity projects independently with minimal supervision.

• Lead teams across various functions through the advanced stages of implementation.

• Design and configure solutions for complex integrations and customized requirements.

• Supervise EDI and integration testing for extensive deployments; tackle advanced mapping challenges.

• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to methodology while introducing optimizations to processes.

• Foster cross-functional success.

• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to achieve strategic objectives.

• Recognize systemic issues and spearhead initiatives to prevent their recurrence.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide strategic reporting and communicate with stakeholders.

• Present executive-level reports and insights regarding project status and risks.

• Maintain accuracy in PSA tools and utilize data for forecasting and planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred qualification of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4-7 years of experience in EDI implementation or technical project management.

• Familiarity with ERP business systems like QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead initiatives across various functions.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• High sense of urgency and initiative.
