Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret global client documentation related to payable activities, including contracts, budgets, and amendments;

• Identify potential quality risks and areas for improvement to ensure a top-tier experience for clients, sites, and patients;

• Utilize best practices to extract and configure client data into payable activities from source documents;

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with business partners to confirm the interpretation of payable activities;

• Follow auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures diligently;

• Comply with both internal KPIs and client-specific SLAs;

• Engage in internal and external discussions regarding study implementation and complex configuration requirements; consult with clients and Client Delivery colleagues to resolve issues and adhere to best practices;

• Contribute to the development of internal process documentation to ensure study configurations are consistent and aligned with best practices;

• Work with Product & IT teams to identify opportunities for enhancements across platforms;

• Assist Client Delivery in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with clients;

• Undertake other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as required by circumstances;

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, preferably with a focus on contract management;

• Ability to analyze the essential components of clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities;

• Capacity to manage a high volume of work in a dynamic environment;

• Exceptional writing skills;

• A focus on quality and risk mitigation aimed at enhancing the client, site, and patient experience is essential;

• Must possess strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities;

• Excellent time management skills to accommodate shifting priorities and critical client deliverables;

• High attention to detail is a must;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required;
