Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Effectively and efficiently implement use cases in line with the proposed solution design.

• Execute the project scope within the established timelines.

• Accountable for utilizing the designated hours in the Planning sessions assigned to each project; if not possible, inform the Project Manager of any discrepancies.

• Ensure the implementation logic is stable and reliable.

• Create supporting documentation for the processes that have been implemented.

• Successfully deliver the use case to the end user by completing the Delivery document.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professional background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in similar roles.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.

• Experience with reconciliation processes; familiarity with SQL and Database Logic is advantageous.

• Mathematical logic skills (Entrance test required).

• Ability to understand client requirements and align them with Simetrik's best practices.

• Strong communication skills tailored to the client’s profile.

• Capability to liaise with various teams, both internally and externally with client-side personnel.

• Research and analyze different scenarios to propose solutions that assist end users during the configuration process.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and a high level of proactivity.

• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as VB and Python (ability to comprehend beyond the basics) is advantageous.
