Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client implementation process

• Facilitate enhancements in business processes

• Act as the principal point of contact for clients

• Prepare compliance documentation

• Function as a trainer and mentor

• Address and resolve client concerns

• Support product launches

• Contribute to the overall success of the team

• Monitor and document communications with clients

• Inform clients about new product features

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Create opportunities for cross-selling

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or account management position

• In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector

• Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional background

• Availability to travel as required
