Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete onboarding process for new clients, from initial scoping and project kickoff to go-live, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within defined scope.

• Convert clients' workflows and requirements into system configurations, documenting and clarifying relevant details, and executing implementations effectively.

• Coordinate and conduct tests for third-party integrations alongside engineering teams and external partners.

• Facilitate training sessions and develop general documentation and FAQs for client reference.

• Diagnose and resolve client issues while keeping them updated throughout the process.

• Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee a smooth transition and foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Recognize and implement opportunities to enhance implementation tools, processes, and LevPro products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in client-facing software implementation and/or project management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services, including 3-5 years of relevant experience in Leveraged Credit / Fixed Income.

• High level of proficiency in software systems and data tools, particularly Excel.

• Advanced skills in AI models such as Claude and ChatGPT.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous client implementations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

• Ability to quickly establish client trust and credibility, while constructively pushing back when necessary.
