This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Oversee the complete implementation of technology solutions that support Utilization Management.
• Convert business and clinical requirements into scalable and well-governed system deployments.
• Lead the project from design through to go-live and ensure stability post-launch.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to configure, test, and effectively adopt new capabilities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across various cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, project structures, and performance measurement criteria.
• Integrate clinical outcomes, operational performance data, and feedback from front-line staff into reports suitable for executives.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for technology and process improvements.
• Oversee system configuration, workflow design, and integration efforts with IT and vendor teams.
• Choose implementation strategies based on workflow complexity, associated risks, and business value.
• Guide requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, and cutover planning for core UM platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, clinical operations, vendor management, and enterprise Program Management Offices.
• Define and monitor success metrics linked to business outcomes.
• Interpret technical concepts, trade-offs, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology implementation, systems configuration, or solution deployment, including AI, is required.
• Proficient with a variety of implementation and project management tools.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise systems.
• At least 3 years of project management and cross-functional delivery experience is required.
• Experience in the healthcare and/or managed care sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative are essential.
