
Implementation Manager – Care Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Oversee the complete implementation of technology solutions that support Care Management.
• Convert business and clinical needs into scalable, well-managed system deployments.
• Drive the delivery process from design through to go-live and the stabilization period post-launch.
• Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across various cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, project structures, and criteria for performance measurement.
• Compile clinical outcomes, operational performance metrics, and feedback from frontline staff into executive-ready reports.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for technology and process enhancements.
• Oversee system configuration, workflow design, and integration tasks with IT and vendor teams.
• Choose implementation strategies based on workflow complexity, associated risks, and business value.
• Lead the process of gathering requirements, designing solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, and planning cutover for core CM platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, clinical operations, vendor management, and enterprise Program Management Offices.
• Define and monitor success metrics linked to business outcomes.
• Translate technical concepts, trade-offs, and suggestions for stakeholders.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology implementation, systems configuration, or solution deployment, including AI, is required.
• Proficient with a variety of implementation and project management tools, with proven experience in delivering enterprise systems.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management and cross-functional delivery experience is required.
• Experience in the healthcare and/or managed care sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record of ownership and initiative with a strong desire to achieve significant, measurable results.
