Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in the Trapeze EAM product suite and offer subject matter expertise to EAM clients.

• Assess clients’ business needs and objectives to devise appropriate business processes.

• Create and present process diagrams, gap analysis documentation, and both functional and technical design specifications.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project delivery within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Partner with Product and Development teams to report product issues and communicate gaps from the customer’s perspective.

• Conduct testing, training, consulting, and provide additional customer support as necessary.

• Assist Sales, Customer Care, and Product/Development teams as needed.

• Travel to customer locations across North America to enhance operations utilizing Trapeze products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

• Comprehension of implementation best practices.

• Experience with integrating EAM systems into other enterprise solutions.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and various scripting languages.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, testing, problem-solving, and analysis.

• Capability to comprehend and produce technical documentation.

• Business acumen coupled with consulting abilities.

• Proficient in communicating technical details to non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills to prioritize, plan, manage, and fulfill commitments.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

• Strong business analysis capabilities.

• Experience with agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies in software implementation.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Preferred: Experience in Maintenance, Material Management, and/or the transit sector.

• Preferred: Experience in a cloud computing environment.

• Preferred: Ability to persuade clients to embrace organizational changes and new processes/software.

• Preferred: Skills in project risk identification, mitigation, and resolution.
