Enterprise Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous implementation projects from the start to the conclusion of each project.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to complete implementation phases on schedule and promote long-term client satisfaction.

• Facilitate scoping and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements effectively.

• Set up ServiceTitan environments tailored to client specifications and industry best practices.

• Provide training to clients on software functionalities and develop tailored training materials.

• Ensure clients adhere to ServiceTitan's standards and recommendations.

• Recognize and escalate implementation risks while working together on solutions.

• Work in conjunction with data, training, product, leadership, and Delivery Manager teams.

• Keep up-to-date with new and upcoming ServiceTitan functionalities.

• Travel for on-site client engagements approximately 20–30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience, which may include client-facing roles, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or experience in the home services industry.

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion while maintaining thorough documentation.

• Ability to anticipate future challenges and proactively address obstacles and issues.

• Outstanding client relationship management skills.

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for creative solutions.

• Accountability for project-plan tasks in support of client delivery.

• Familiarity with Excel and SmartSheet is advantageous, but not mandatory.
