This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase.
• Guaranteeing timely and effective delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and goals.
• Collaborating directly with customers to grasp their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Detecting and addressing issues during the implementation phase and post-implementation as necessary.
• Keeping comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and interactions with clients.
• Partnering closely with our data entry team to ensure inventory items are processed, validated, and uploaded efficiently.
• Gaining expertise in setting up POS and API integrations.
• Coordinating with training, customer service, sales, and development teams to guarantee a seamless and successful implementation process.
• Relaying customer feedback to relevant teams concerning implementations and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Over 1 year of experience in technical implementation or a comparable position.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google applications, Trello, SalesForce, Jira, and various other tools.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
