Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deploy Mavenoid for our clients.

• Equip the sales team to secure more agreements.

• Work in tandem with other members of the Customer Success team and the Product team.

• Generate and oversee documentation.

• Educate and empower our clients to effectively utilize Mavenoid.

• Remain informed about all current and new product features and their application to provide our clients with an outstanding experience.

• Experience with remote work tools for collaboration with team members across different locations.

• Knowledge of AI tools.

• Background in customer consulting within a SaaS environment (preferably in a technical capacity or customer support).
