Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a cohesive project strategy to oversee successful client implementations, conversions, and other professional service initiatives across the Lone Wolf platform suite.

• Deliver product training along with pre-sales and post-sales application-related services, as well as escalated application support, adhering to internal standards and policies for the Lone Wolf platform suite.

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and requirements gathering activities.

• Provide regular updates to both internal teams and external clients, emphasizing achievements and potential risks.

• Collaborate directly with key client representatives to offer expertise in software configuration.

• Leverage knowledge of Lone Wolf software and client environments to advise agencies on industry best practices.

• Work in close partnership with the Business Solutions Consultant team to facilitate a seamless transition from implementation to feature adoption and usage.

• Offer clear guidance on data extraction from the Lone Wolf application to enable clients to utilize third-party APIs effectively.

• Monitor project progress to ensure that implementations adhere to timelines and budgetary constraints.

• Maintain an extensive understanding of ongoing product development, product vision, and the strategic direction of Lone Wolf.

• Engage in internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as necessary.

• Stay informed about the real estate industry and its prevailing trends.

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional project management abilities coupled with strong multitasking skills.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both in-house and remote training.

• Proven capacity to meet and exceed service expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Demonstrated success in independently managing multiple projects and resolving challenges effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation capabilities.

• Superior client relationship management skills.

• Experience collaborating with Product and Quality Assurance teams to troubleshoot, test, and enhance products.

• Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications is preferred.
