Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize extensive knowledge of Kalepa's platform, insurance, and our clients' operations to effectively configure and implement Kalepa's AI platform.

• Lead the initial setup and configuration for clients, achieving high-value results that meet client expectations and ensuring a smooth transition to a best-practice operating model.

• Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

• Assess, investigate, and effectively communicate client-reported issues and feedback.

• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations by prioritizing tasks efficiently and managing context-switching with ease.

• Continuously enhance delivery efficiency through scalable processes, improved documentation, and methodologies.

• Critically analyze how to advance our internal tools and external workflows as our client base expands.

• Enhance delivery efficiency by developing scalable processes, pre-configured templates, and refined methodologies.

• Maintain client-facing implementation documentation, including guides, specifications, and training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms.

• Technical proficiency: comfortable with complex enterprise technology platforms, and skilled in SQL / Excel for data analysis, validation, and transformation.

• Candidates should possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

• The ideal candidate must be self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
