Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Coordinate meetings with clients following the sale of Club Caddie software and lead the collection of data and information necessary to configure the purchased systems.

• Develop and oversee project plans for each client, outlining tasks essential for the timely installation of the software.

• Facilitate client communications throughout the software setup phase to gather feedback and secure approvals.

• Tailor Club Caddie software systems to meet clients’ requirements and specifications by leveraging knowledge of golf course operations.

• Educate clients on the Club Caddie software systems and related add-on modules.

• Produce customized client documentation that outlines specific modifications.

• Oversee key deliverables and track project milestones.

• Provide estimates for costs and time regarding additional development work and invoice clients for professional services rendered.

• Collaborate with the Director of Education & Training to ensure training materials are effectively delivered to operators.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with Club Caddie is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Prior experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar role.

• In-depth understanding of golf course operations and management systems.

• Familiarity with the software functionality of competitors.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course operations.

• Strong technical acumen.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite or similar tools.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Exceptional written, verbal, non-verbal communication, and presentation skills.
