This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite.
• Collaborate with clients and hospital operations, applications, and infrastructure teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance patient and user experiences.
• Maintain standard workflows and create educational resources for successful go-lives.
• Ensure stakeholders are accountable for the delivery of solutions.
• Direct cross-functional projects aimed at establishing and operationalizing business-to-consumer solutions.
• Identify subject matter experts and address potential challenges.
• Adhere to project deadlines while providing updates or escalating issues to stakeholders.
• Suggest efficiencies, enhancements, and initiatives for product or process expansion.
• Manage the timely delivery of application database builds.
• Assist the deployment team and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Define and secure the data necessary to create applications within the contract scope, client requirements, timeline, and budget.
• Analyze data and workflows to establish standard best-practice processes.
• Work in conjunction with client, operations, training, IT, and support teams to achieve project timelines.
• Provide training and collaborate on educational content for end users.
• Lead database validation and perform functional and integrated testing to ensure go-live readiness.
• Develop an understanding of challenges within the healthcare industry, particularly regarding patient access.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare or Technology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the significance of patient data privacy.
• Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and strong, clear oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to present information and address inquiries from managers, clients, office staff, and colleagues.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, analysis, and critical thinking.
• Results-oriented and deadline-focused; able to perform under high-pressure conditions and adapt to rapidly changing customer needs.
• Highly organized and self-driven.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting delivery.
