• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance internal operations.

• Write, test, and maintain code that supports internal systems and automations.

• Work closely with leadership to identify and prioritize automation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, automation, AI implementation, or a similar technical field.

• A robust background in building and delivering software solutions.

• Experience in developing internal tools, operational systems, or automation workflows.

• Proven ability to analyze business processes and convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience managing technical projects from development through implementation and optimization.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools in software development or automation workflows is highly desirable.

• Solid software development skills and a grasp of contemporary engineering practices.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or comparable AI development assistants.

• Capability to create custom automations, integrations, internal systems, and AI-powered workflows.

• Skill in designing and implementing AI agents to support operational processes.

• Strong knowledge of workflow automation and systems integration.

• Proficiency in writing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting code for business systems.

• Excellent analytical and systems-thinking abilities.

• Capacity to examine business workflows and identify automation and process enhancement opportunities.

• Comfortable evaluating and rapidly adopting emerging AI technologies.

• Ability to balance development speed with technical quality and system reliability.

• Confidently manage technical projects independently from concept to deployment.

• Exceptional documentation and process-development capabilities.
