• Take ownership of customer onboarding, ensuring customers are well-prepared for implementation and have a clear understanding of expectations.
• Collaborate directly with customers to facilitate the design and configuration of Fourth solutions tailored to their business needs, employing best practices for setup, training, and third-party integrations.
• Evaluate customer readiness early in the process and communicate any risks, gaps, or dependencies to ensure projects commence on a solid foundation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to assist with integrations and help eliminate obstacles that may impede implementation.
• Work closely with Project Managers and technical specialists during the initial phases of implementation to ensure projects progress smoothly.
• Share product knowledge, industry best practices, and practical advice to prepare customers for implementation and facilitate the adoption of Fourth’s solutions.
• Guide customers through early change management initiatives to encourage adoption and maximize the value derived from the platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, addressing inquiries and swiftly resolving issues, with a focus on data collection and validation.
• Contribute to customer-facing knowledge base articles and solution documentation to support self-service and encourage best-practice adoption.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as implementation, onboarding, consulting, professional services, or technical support within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Previous experience in workforce management, payroll, finance, or the hospitality industry is advantageous.
• Proven ability to guide customers through change and influence the adoption of new processes or technologies.
• Proficient in Excel, including capabilities in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong communicator with effective presentation and meeting facilitation skills, comfortable leading discussions using tools such as PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
• Project or systems certifications (e.g., Agile, Prince2, ITIL, or similar) are a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
