Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in navigating the implementation process of client PRM solutions.

• Tailor and configure PRM platforms based on specific client needs.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to grasp client requirements and business workflows.

• Develop and uphold project timelines and implementation schedules.

• Offer technical advice and best practice recommendations to clients.

• Record client requirements and configuration details comprehensively.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as support, development, and sales.

• Provide training on the platform to client teams.

• Resolve technical challenges during the implementation phase.

• Ensure effective client onboarding and platform utilization.

• 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or a related field.

• Strong technical skills with a quick learning ability for new technologies.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in direct client interaction in a technical role.

• Problem-solving attitude with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to oversee multiple implementations at once.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.

• English proficiency at B2 Advanced level.
