Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in the Liftoff Commerce platform and its functionalities.

• Set up, tailor, and launch client e-commerce storefronts on the Liftoff Commerce platform.

• Convert client brand guidelines, wireframes, and design mockups into refined and responsive storefronts utilizing HTML and CSS.

• Employ contemporary CSS techniques, such as CSS Grid and Custom Properties, to develop interactive and adaptive web experiences.

• Leverage JavaScript to enhance storefront customizations and functionalities as required.

• Create and manage web-to-print product templates using Pageflex and other variable print technologies.

• Work closely with Account Management and internal teams to ensure that implementations meet project specifications and client expectations.

• Accurately interpret brand standards, technical requirements, and design specifications.

• Evaluate new platform features and engage in quality assurance efforts to uphold high standards for functionality and consistency.

• Diagnose technical and implementation challenges and devise effective solutions.

• Oversee multiple implementation projects while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing internal workflows, documentation, and implementation practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Proven experience in web development, e-commerce implementation, web production, platform configuration, or a similar technical position.

• Required experience with content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during U.S. operating hours.

• Extensive hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.

• Proficiency in styling responsive web pages using modern CSS techniques, including CSS Grid and Custom Properties.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for web customizations and functionalities.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
