This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the onboarding experience for all new clients, which includes platform introduction, implementation, training, and boosting initial adoption to enhance long-term retention and client satisfaction.
• Design and deliver interactive training programs for clients, addressing various features and functionalities of the Choozle platform.
• Tailor onboarding processes to align with clients' unique goals, objectives, and skill levels.
• Offer hands-on support to clients in setting up their accounts, navigating the platform, and configuring campaigns to ensure their comfort and success.
• Ensure effective communication and workflow among project team members, including sales and account teams, to guarantee timely deliverables.
• Keep up-to-date with all Choozle features, product updates, and industry trends to ensure training materials reflect the latest advancements and best practices.
• Develop instructional resources, tutorials, and documentation to aid the learning process.
• Resolve issues, provide solutions, and offer proactive recommendations to enhance the performance of programmatic campaigns.
• Collect client feedback to gauge their experience and identify areas for improvement in onboarding and training procedures.
• Collaborate closely with sales, account, and product development teams to relay client needs and feedback, contributing to ongoing platform enhancements and client relations.
• Demonstrated experience in client onboarding, training, or customer education roles within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or related fields.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information.
• Client-oriented attitude with a commitment to helping clients reach success.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while remaining informed on industry trends.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across various departments in a deadline-driven setting.
• Active team player, self-motivated, and adept at multitasking with the ability to rapidly adjust priorities.
