This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute Appspace Intranet configurations for both new and existing clients, encompassing configuration, content setup, and preparations for the go-live phase.
• Act as the primary resource for implementation, establishing clear expectations with internal teams to relay to customers, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication with the organization throughout each engagement.
• Configure and validate Appspace Intranet environments to align with each client's specific structural, design, and content needs.
• When necessary, provide customized onboarding sessions and training for customer administrators and content managers, fostering self-sufficiency post-launch.
• Implement features for Appspace Internal Communications, including news feeds, announcements, targeted content channels, and employee engagement tools.
• Offer guidance on internal communications strategy – aiding in structuring content hierarchies, defining publishing workflows, and effectively reaching the appropriate audiences.
• Assist in structured migration projects for customers transitioning from Legacy Platforms to the Appspace Intranet platform.
• Maintain a detailed migration checklist and sign-off process to ensure each engagement consistently meets quality standards prior to customer acceptance.
• Practical experience in implementing, configuring, or managing intranet or internal communications platforms (such as Appspace, SharePoint, Igloo, or similar).
• Knowledge of workplace management solutions – including space reservation, room/desk booking, digital signage, or similar – with the capability to quickly adapt to implementation delivery.
• Experience with platform migrations – transitioning content, structure, and permissions from one system to another – with a focus on quality.
• Basic technical proficiency in at least one of: C#, cloud service platforms, or NoSQL/document databases, enabling the investigation of errors and clear communication of findings.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in performing structured QA validation of content or system configurations.
• Excellent communication abilities – capable of translating technical findings into clear, customer-friendly language.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently with a high level of organization and follow-through.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience in direct client-facing delivery roles.
