Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• The Implementation Specialist will be instrumental in the successful onboarding of partner practices to Aledade’s tools, ensuring that EHR systems are configured and optimized to improve patient outcomes, minimize healthcare costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

• This role necessitates extensive collaboration with practice stakeholders and the multidisciplinary Aledade team to facilitate the optimization of EHR systems and implement data-sharing strategies that are in line with Aledade’s population health solutions and strategic ACO initiatives.

• The individual will oversee client-facing projects from inception to completion, offering continuous coaching and training to practice staff, and ensuring the comprehensive adoption of value-based care models.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; significant relevant work experience may be considered in place of educational qualifications.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a client-facing project lead within the healthcare industry (e.g., ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, health plan, hospital, government, management consulting) with a demonstrated history of establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and optimizing their EHR systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in implementation or optimization of top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software, preferably with expertise in Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks products.

• This position allows for remote work within the US and includes occasional travel to Aledade’s Headquarters in Bethesda, MD, assigned markets, and partner practices.
