Senior Manager, Dental Lab Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Implement the strategy for innovations in in-office laboratories.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of lab implementation managers.

• Manage the planning and execution of various lab process launches.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance implementation processes.

• Utilize KPIs to maintain oversight of implementation progress.

• Ensure the successful onboarding of digital dentistry equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Over 3 years of experience in dental lab operations, clinical implementations, or healthcare project management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or multi-site capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of digital dental technologies and workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and deliver measurable results across teams and initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
