Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversees the onboarding process for new customers, connecting sales and operational functions.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers during implementations and problem-solving.

• Manages the comprehensive implementation project plan across various regions.

• Transitions customer accounts after the successful completion of the implementation phase.
