Implementation Specialist, AI-driven B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Establish and configure client accounts to ensure a seamless initiation of their Tidio journey.

• Tailor and implement solutions according to the unique business requirements of each client.

• Engage in discussions and design bespoke solutions with clients and potential clients during video conferences, offering expert advice and technical insights.

• Provide continuous support for deployed solutions, assisting clients in optimizing and adapting them as their needs change.

• Integrate Tidio with third-party systems (such as CRMs and e-commerce platforms) utilizing APIs and JSON data formats.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams when necessary.

• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion—planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate across departments with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align solutions with client objectives.

• Recognize and pursue opportunities for process enhancements, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of the implementation workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services, preferably within a SaaS context.

• Be fluent in English (C1 level) with the ability to clearly communicate technical details to non-technical users.

• Have experience interacting directly with clients through written communication and video calls.

• Comprehend APIs and JSON structures and be capable of analyzing or testing requests.

• Hold a solid understanding of CX platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

• Be able to assess technical requirements and design solutions that effectively address real client needs.

• Have experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to address integration or feature gaps.

• Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills, bring creative solutions, and consistently achieve results.

• Possess basic coding knowledge, such as JavaScript or Python (preferred but not required).
