This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Guide customers through the implementation process from the initial project kick-off to a successful go-live.
• Configure client data within the SFG20 platform utilizing internal systems and implementation tools.
• Prepare, cleanse, manipulate, and validate customer data using Microsoft Excel and other implementation resources.
• Execute implementation tasks according to project plans, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Facilitate customer workshops, implementation meetings, and provide progress updates.
• Assist in onboarding, system adoption, and transition to Business as Usual operations.
• Complete and maintain all necessary implementation documentation.
• Oversee multiple customer implementation projects, adhering to the agreed scope, timelines, and budget when applicable.
• Develop and sustain project plans, monitor milestones, and address risks and issues effectively.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Technical teams.
• Provide project updates and communicate progress to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks and facilitate their resolution.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of implementation activities.
• Enhance implementation processes, tools, and documentation.
• Recognize opportunities to boost onboarding efficiency and project delivery.
• Share best practices and insights gained from experiences.
• Foster trusted relationships with customers and serve as a key contact for implementation.
• Deliver a professional and consultative experience for customers.
• Transform customer requirements into successful implementation results.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and promote adoption of the SFG20 platform.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or Compliance sectors.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills in customer-facing situations.
• Strong organizational and project planning abilities.
• Experience in implementing SaaS or cloud-based software solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and leading workshops.
• Familiarity with data migration or system configuration tasks.
• Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in contributing to process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Background in supporting resource planning or capacity management is desirable.
• Must have the right to work and travel within the UK before applying.
