This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Responsible for the overall scope, schedule, and risk assessment of program implementations.
• Guarantees timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
• Works collaboratively with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure that milestones are achieved while keeping the team focused and accountable.
• Fosters strong relationships with external stakeholders through clear, concise, and consistent communication.
• Possesses the ability to understand and convey technical details to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collects project assets and information from end users and cross-functional teams for accurate and timely upload/configuration into systems.
• Identifies, recommends, and creates documentation for internal processes and end users.
• Organizes, executes, and summarizes internal meetings and client discussions to establish action items and upcoming deliverables.
• Regularly communicates project status to upper management on a weekly basis.
• Utilizes extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
• Develops solutions for a range of moderate scope and complexity issues, referring to policies and best practices for direction.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience managing mid-level to large projects.
• Experience in managing eCommerce-related projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and OneNote.
• Capable of understanding technical details and effectively communicating between clients and technical resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in composing communications at the executive level.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage ongoing changes.
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision while managing resources wisely.
• Capable of handling sensitive situations with tact and sound judgment under pressure.
• Able to effectively provide, receive, and respond positively to constructive feedback.
• Proactive in seeking out information, training, and other resources necessary for ongoing professional development to succeed in this role.
• Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership, responsibility, and initiative to complete tasks on time.
