Implementation Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the successful implementation of processes, initiatives, and financial performance within the Technology Department;

• Designing, executing, overseeing, and enhancing processes that support, maintain, and optimize departmental performance and execution;

• Responsible for generating reports that measure, track, and manage essential performance metrics (including organizational management, financial, and budget aspects);

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization and global teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables as per the established plan;

• Oversee all global personnel processes, including onboarding, team assignments, and the tracking and support of global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent relevant experience;

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Operations or Program Management within a corporate enterprise;

• Proven experience in managing risks, driving decisions, and advancing initiatives to successful completion;

• Experience leading geographically diverse and culturally varied teams.
