This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Oversee comprehensive implementation projects, serving as the main contact from point-of-sale to a fully functional, live product, ensuring a smooth client experience;
• Conduct extensive discovery sessions to grasp clients' procurement and financial workflows, transforming business needs into tailored, optimized product workflows;
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and technical alignment, assisting clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and other business data onto the platform;
• Ensure that both internal teams and client-side stakeholders adhere to strict deadlines, managing risks and resolving technical dependencies;
• Deliver impactful interactive workshops and onboarding sprints for key client stakeholders, empowering them to utilize the platform independently;
• Develop tactical, highly organized enablement resources (deployment playbooks, configuration guides, short video workflows) to standardize the implementation process;
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to address technical obstacles and convert client feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing position;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer implementation projects concurrently while maintaining control over deadlines, stakeholders, and project scope;
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with confidence in leading business meetings and negotiations;
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the capability to organize, validate, and analyze business metrics and data;
• Experience in understanding and configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems;
• Excellent change management skills with the ability to navigate user resistance, simplify intricate system logic, and guide corporate clients through process transformations;
• Customer-focused, proactive, and highly organized, with exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities;
• Inherent curiosity and a problem-solving attitude, with the capacity to reverse-engineer technical issues and effectively collaborate with engineering teams to address complex implementation challenges involving APIs and integrations;
• Ability to guide clients through organizational and process changes, simplify complex product logic, and serve as a trusted implementation advisor.
• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, from 9am to 6pm GMT+2
