This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Implement solutions for the client's partners, ensuring that projects are executed with efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively with various internal teams, advocating for the needs of our customers.

• Modify and enhance implementation processes to adapt to changing project demands.

• Grasp and prioritize customer requirements, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the implementation process.

• Oversee stakeholder expectations, maintaining transparent communication and alignment with project objectives.

• Partner with the Lead Implementation Manager to develop the framework for a new team.

• Assist in establishing processes and best practices that guarantee successful product delivery.

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management, ideally within the SaaS or related industries.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proven experience in nurturing long-term customer relationships.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving work settings.

• Experience in a technology startup is preferred.

• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, along with a commitment to creating efficient processes.

• Experience in employer benefits or group insurance is a bonus.
