This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and develop the program's scope, objectives, and criteria for success. Create a comprehensive project plan that details tasks, timelines, and resource needs.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Cultivate a collaborative and communicative team atmosphere.
• Convey program objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. Manage relationships with both internal and external parties.
• Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies. Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
• Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation. Monitor and manage project expenses to adhere to budget limitations.
• Establish and uphold project management methodologies and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular assessments to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management. Maintain thorough documentation of the project.
• Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are meticulously evaluated and documented.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices. Conduct evaluations post-project to gather lessons learned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Implementation Manager II or in a comparable position, focusing on systems, product, or program configuration.
• A proven history of leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects, preferably in startup or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with Webhooks and a solid understanding of API architecture, design, and best practices.
• High proficiency in programming languages is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to implement and configure necessary technologies.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Must be a proactive, quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
