Implementation Manager, Corporate Actions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish the user testing strategy and oversee client testing plans, including tracking, reporting, issue triage, and delivery.

• Organize and manage training sessions for both internal teams and clients, which encompass materials, delivery plans, product demonstrations, and hands-on training.

• Submit change requests and perform the necessary change analysis.

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; provide mitigation strategies and timely escalation when necessary.

• Specify upstream and downstream data integration mappings along with corresponding client business configurations.

• Outline conversion strategies and runbooks; oversee mock conversions and the final go-live process.

• Engage in planning, governance, and execution of implementation activities, including mock conversions and go-live weekends.

• Deliver implementation governance, reporting, issue escalation, management, and representation on steering committees and working groups.

• Oversee production comparisons and reconciliations between legacy outputs and Broadridge’s solutions utilizing BDC (BR Data Control).

• Supervise implementation resources assigned to projects, whether directly or within a matrix structure.

• Define, implement, and report on environment setup runbooks, integration points, monitoring, control frameworks, and releases.

• Communicate release content and timelines to clients and internal teams.

• Manage production-readiness checklists and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, robust, and secure implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant or manager delivering SaaS projects to Wealth or Capital Markets organizations.

• 2 years of project management experience.

• 1 year of experience in team leadership, managing teams of up to 5 resources.

• Proven critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach towards achieving successful outcomes.

• Capability to establish control processes and extract key information from data for clear reporting to senior management and clients.

• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to forge effective working relationships while advocating for Broadridge’s interests.

• Experience with large-scale projects and a solid comprehension of the entire project lifecycle and governance.

• Familiarity with agile environments and experience using JIRA.

• Exceptional attention to detail for precise reporting.

• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams and assignments concurrently.

• Ability to comprehend and question intricate details.

• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and Excel.

• Experience with Asset Servicing platforms in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or similar financial settings.

• Subject matter expertise in Asset Servicing, covering Dividends, Coupons, Tax, and Corporate Actions announcements and processing.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle, including event capture, data quality, position and transaction types, entitlement processing, and integration with US market participants.

• Familiarity with products related to Equities and Fixed Income.

• Experience with reconciliations, preferably with Broadridge’s Data Control.

• Previous experience with Broadridge or Broadridge products is desirable.
