Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate technology and cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with digital developers to establish technical specifications and guide product strategy.

• Ensure that new tools are ready for operational launch.

• Develop business cases and enhance business processes.

• Oversee project lifecycles across various disciplines.

• Assess the effectiveness and performance of digital solutions through financial analysis and other methodologies.

• Implement and sustain operational improvement processes.

• Propel process implementation and enhancement through effective communication and feedback.

• Report on economic advancements and process improvements.

• Engage with executives, directors, and area personnel in a matrix environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED (accredited) with four years of relevant experience.

• 5 years of previous work experience with a demonstrated history of continuous business process enhancement and innovation while satisfying financial, operational, and customer requirements.

• Proficient in managing business cases, processes, software development, solution implementation, and business analytics.

• Skilled in managing projects across multiple disciplines and throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Strong capabilities in financial analysis and process evaluation.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if needed for air travel or access to federal properties.
