This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide clients through the entire implementation process: discovery → onboarding → activation → handoff.
• Perform comprehensive discovery to identify client objectives, requirements, and potential challenges; proactively address objections.
• Provide focused training and practical assistance with Property Managers regarding the setup and use of the Resident Benefits Package (RBP).
• Ensure clients fulfill their commitments and remain on schedule throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
• Establish trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels; communicate diplomatically and manage shifting expectations.
• Oversee projects from start to finish: establish timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
• Effectively navigate uncertainty, resolving issues in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Act as a process consultant—developing, enhancing, and scaling implementation workflows.
• Leverage technology tools (CRM, automation, AI-powered platforms) to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct implementation experience in a tech-enabled or transactional environment; experience in PropTech is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated capability to guide clients through implementation or onboarding processes that require change management.
• Proficient in holding clients accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.
• Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and consultative engagement with clients.
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinker - capable of understanding comprehensive processes and data flows across various functions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
• Enthusiastic about creating scalable processes and driving operational excellence.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success).
• Familiarity with property management technology (Appfolio, Yardi, Buildium, etc.) is a plus, though not essential.
