Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive implementation for a group of districts; responsible for platform onboarding, data ingestion, configuration of additional modules, training, change management, communication, and ongoing project oversight.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings and project alignment discussions with district stakeholders, defining ownership frameworks, rollout schedules, and measurable success indicators.

• Develop staged implementation plans customized to each district's selected modules, grade levels, and state compliance requirements (e.g., eCap, CCRI, CCMR, and other state CCR mandates).

• Keep an implementation tracker for each district, documenting project status, action items, decisions, and future milestones using Gainsight and Salesforce.

• Conduct regular check-in meetings with district champions and executive sponsors to ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders stay aligned.

• Identify potential risks to project timelines and escalate issues to the Director of Implementations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role, ideally within K-12 EdTech or education services.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously across various clients, timelines, and configurations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to district leadership and crafting clear, action-oriented follow-up communications.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for establishing consistent processes across a diverse client portfolio.
