Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Successfully executing implementations for various clients/accounts as assigned.

• Upholding outstanding customer satisfaction ratings by ensuring timely and precise data migration, system configuration, and initial training.

• Confirming that customers are fully set up before transitioning them to the Customer Support team for the ongoing lifecycle.

• Managing internal tools that facilitate implementation, including documentation, training, and metrics.

• Identifying and addressing issues during the implementation process, while escalating matters to ensure prompt and effective solutions.

• Sharing best practices and tips, and engaging in coaching to help establish a top-tier implementation department.

• Keeping CRM updated with information regarding implementation status, deliverables, and timelines.

• Assisting with additional customer training and creating/updating documentation as required.

• Providing backup support for the customer support desk during peak volume periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience and demonstrated success in customer implementations within an Edtech company or educational institution.

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Excellent project and time management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.

• Significant experience in utilizing technology to enhance implementation (e.g., Hubspot, Jira, Zendesk).

• Some familiarity with SFTP and API for data collection purposes.

• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).

• A strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
