Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Greet new Hummingbird clients warmly and enthusiastically.

• Delve into complex technical details.

• Take full responsibility for all aspects of implementation.

• Tailor the Hummingbird platform to align with customer business and technical needs, while staying within product capabilities.

• Oversee multiple implementations simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, or changes in scope.

• Assist in enhancing implementation procedures, documentation, and delivery standards to streamline future launches.

• Act as an integrated partner to internal teams, working collaboratively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to facilitate progress and expedite processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• You excel at managing ambiguous implementation tasks and translating vague requirements into structured plans, decisions, and outcomes.

• Proven experience in configuring B2B enterprise SaaS platforms or technical products based on actual customer business and technical requirements (not merely executing project plans).

• A strong collaborator across functions who enjoys engaging with the Customer Success organization - including Technical Solutions Engineers, Implementation Managers, and our Head of Delivery to ensure successful project completion.

• You are organized, proactive, and dependable — effectively managing your own priorities and identifying risks or obstacles early on.
